For creators

You own the work. Your deals should say so.

Find Brands

Does this sound like you?

A brand said yes in a DM, and weeks later you can’t find what was agreed.

You signed something with usage rights you didn’t fully understand.

You’ve drafted the “just checking in on that invoice” email more than once.

You named a rate with no idea what other creators charge.

What we believe

Creators are becoming how brands get built, yet the deal still decides who owns what: the usage rights, your likeness, how long the brand keeps your work, when the money lands. All of it lands on one person who would rather be making things.

We believe an agent working for you can read every term, tell you what it means and chase what you’re owed, so ownership is part of every deal you sign and you never become your own admin.

We might be wrong about which part matters most. That is why we’re asking.

Contract review

Know what you signed before you sign it.

The agent reads the terms, says what they mean in one line, and points at the two clauses worth pushing back on.

Creator agreement

6 terms flagged

…Client is granted the right to use the Content across all paid, owned and organic channels for a period of twenty-four (24) months, automatically renewing for successive twelve-month terms unless ended in writing…

What it means

They keep your work everywhere for two years, and it renews by itself unless you end it 30 days out.

The fee is one number. The rest sits in DMs and screenshots: what the brand got, when the money landed, what the same work paid someone else.

What we can’t answer from a desk

Where does your last paid deal live right now? Email, DMs, a sheet, your head?
What was the last thing you did the work for and then had to chase?
Which part of your last deal did you like least?

The data so far

Lumanu and Visa report that 87% of creators have been paid late or had payment problems, often waiting 60 to 180 days (link text vendor survey, Nov 2025). In a survey of 5,095 creators, 73% handle everything themselves and 8% have a manager or agent ( CreatorIQ, Aug 2026).
